µMod2 – µTorrent mod
µMod2 – modification of µTorrent client, that adds several features you will never get from original µTorrent makers.
Features:
- Faking reports of upload and download in order to preserve your ratio.
- µTorrent search fix – now µTorrent will open desired search provider directly, rather than through http://search.utorrent.com/
- Fully configurable, and integrated within µTorrent itself.
Requirements:
.NET v2.0 or later (Get it here)- English interface language (µMod depends on this!).
Good to know:
- You should turn off µTorrent autoupdate, because it would overwrite µTorrent executable disabling µMod2.
- uMod2.dll can be attached to versions prior or after current one, it might work, however it is not guaranteed.

- Settings GUI and option saving was remade completely getting rid of .NET framework and compiling dll with statically linked runtime, resulting in no dependencies required in order to deploy µMod2.
- My old hooking engine was trashed and replaced with new one that was written from scratch. This has next to no effect on µMod2 really.
- Forcing Private=0 flag option added, but disabled due to lack of testing.
- Dll renamed to uMod2.dll to reflect next generation of µMod.
- Latest stable µTorrent version (2.0.18620) is included in package.
